Throughout history, God has called his people to minister. God’s call comes to people in different ways. Whatever vocation God calls you to “nurse, teacher, doctor, bus driver, companion, missionary, or homemaker” becomes the arena for your ministry. During His earthly ministry, Jesus displayed his compassion and power while working with those who needed health care. Mine and COHEMI’s mission are to share the Gospel message of Jesus by being in service to others. This is what led us, women of Faith to join forces in working together for Healthier Communities.

My commitment to Christ and to my Haitian brothers and sisters has brought me COHEMI. I believe that my mission is to give Hope to someone in desperate need while sharing my Faith. I believe that we are all Spiritual Children of a loving Heavenly Father who sent us to this earth to learn and grow in a mortal state. We must live our lives to serve Him as we fulfill His eternal plans for each of us. My missionary work comes from my heart and not my tongue.

That is why COHEMI is the best way to initiate and offer our love and compassion for whosoever in needs, spiritually, physically and materially. My motto as a child of God is to share the gospel and help those in need. COHEMI has paved the way for me to fulfill these aspirations worldwide. Knowing that my brothers and sisters are suffering, I cannot be passive or indifferent. Thus, it is my duty to provide healthcare, food, and clothing while sharing Jesus to them. Therefore, COHEMI exists to serve you and bridge the gap between you and the underserved population in Haiti. In doing so, I’m making a difference in many lives within my community. We have indeed a large responsibility but “With God, all things are possible” Mark 10:27.
